🎨 Personalize & Preferences

Theme, language, formats, calendar options and other preferences.

Most options live under Settings → Configuration.

Theme & accent colour

Settings → Security & App → Theme: choose System Default, Light or Dark, then an accent colour: Violet, Ocean, Emerald, Rose, Amber, Slate, Gold, Crimson, Teal or Indigo.

Language

Settings → Configuration → Language: Casviz is available in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. Confirm the switch and the app changes to the new language. (This help guide is currently in English.)

Amount Format

Choose Indian (1,23,456.78 · 1.2L · 1.2Cr) or International (123,456.78 · 1.2M · 1.2B). It applies to every amount in the app – lists, balances, dashboards, cards and chart labels.

Time Format

Choose 12-hour (2:30 PM) or 24-hour (14:30). It applies to all time pickers – transactions, reminders, bill alerts and budget alerts.

Month Start Date

The day each month begins for grouping (for example set 25 if your salary arrives on the 25th). Transactions are grouped starting from this day.

Week Start Day

The first day of the week in calendars and weekly views.

Weekend Days

Days marked red on calendars. Casviz picks a default based on your country – change it if needed.

Autocomplete

When on, the Add / Edit / Copy transaction screens suggest previously used descriptions as you type.

Navigation Behaviour

Reset Tab on Navigation: when on, tapping a bottom tab always returns to that tab’s first screen.

Transfer-Expense Settings

Settings → Accounts → Transfer-Expense Settings. When a transfer is made to an enabled account type (such as Loan or Credit Card) it is counted as an expense from the source account – useful if you want card bill or EMI payments to show up in your spending.

Hidden Accounts in Pickers

Choose whether hidden accounts still appear when you pick an account while adding a transaction.
