| Frequency | Options |
|---|---|
| Daily | Every day. |
| Weekly | Choose the days of the week. |
| Monthly | Choose the day of the month. If a month is shorter, the last available day is used. |
| Yearly | Same date every year. |
End options: after a set count, on an end date, or no end date.

Installments
Use Installment for a purchase paid in a fixed number of parts. The schedule shows progress such as “3/12 installments”.
Manage schedules
Open Settings → Configuration → Repeat Transactions. Each schedule shows its frequency and next date. A schedule keeps the account, category and currency it was created with, so those cannot be deleted while a schedule uses them. Delete a schedule to stop it (“Stop and delete… This cannot be undone”). Transactions already created stay in your history.

Schedules that cannot run
A schedule is skipped – never half-created and never deleted – when its account (or transfer destination) was removed, closed or deleted, or when its category or currency was removed. In Repeat Transactions such a schedule shows a red line such as Account removed – edit or delete this, and Casviz sends one Data issues notification (see Notifications).
- Fix it – edit the schedule and pick an existing account, category or currency; or Reopen / Restore the account.
- Or delete it – if you no longer need the schedule.
Once fixed, the schedule carries on and creates the transactions that were due.
