📲 Smart Payment (UPI)
Pay with UPI and have the transaction confirmed automatically from your bank SMS.
Premium feature
Smart Payment is part of the Smart Import & Payment feature: available with Premium or a referral unlock.
Set up
- Enable UPI on your bank or card account (edit the account in the Accounts tab).
- Open Settings → Smart Import → Smart Payment and switch on Enable Smart Payment.
- Optionally choose a Preferred UPI App and Preferred UPI Account.
Make a payment
On the Transactions tab use Scan QR or Pay via UPI App. Casviz records the payment as pending, opens your UPI app, and when your bank SMS arrives it matches it and marks the transaction as auto-confirmed.
Pending, confirmed, overdue
- Awaiting SMS confirmation – waiting for a matching bank SMS.
- Confirmation window expired – no matching SMS in time (the timeout is set in Smart Payment settings). Open the transaction and choose Mark as Paid if you did pay, or Cancel Payment if not.
- Details such as Payee Name, Payee UPI ID and confirmation times are kept for a limited time and then pruned.
Filter with Search & Filter → UPI Transactions.
