🧾 Transactions Tab

View, search, filter and manage your income, expenses and transfers.

What you see

The Transactions tab shows the transactions of the selected period, grouped by day, with income, expense and balance totals at the top. Tap the + button to add a transaction.

Change the period

Three views

ViewShows
DailyA list of transactions grouped by day.
BudgetEach budget with amount spent, remaining, or β€œOver by”. If none exist, add budgets in Settings β†’ Budget Settings. See Budgets.
Cal (Calendar)A calendar with daily totals. Tap a day to see its transactions. Weekend days are shown in red (Weekend Days).

Tap the search icon for quick text search, or the filter icon for Search & Filter. Filters you can combine:

Active filters appear as chips above the list. Tap a chip’s Γ— to remove that filter, or Reset in the filter screen to clear all.

Select several transactions (bulk actions)

  1. Long-press a transaction to enter selection mode, then tap others to add them.
  2. Use the actions at the top: Set Account, Set Category, Set Date, Bookmark / Unbookmark, or Delete.
  3. Tap Clear selection to leave selection mode.

Note

Deleted transactions are not gone straight away: they move to Settings β†’ Accounts β†’ Deleted Transactions, where you can restore them or delete them forever. See Deleted items.

Transaction details

Tap any transaction to open its details: type, amount, account(s), category, fee, note, location, bookmark, transaction ID, and (if applicable) repeat, Smart Import or UPI information. From here you can Edit, Copy, Bookmark or Delete it.

Note

Transactions on a closed or deleted account cannot be edited, deleted or moved (you will see a message). Reopen or Restore the account first. Bookmarking still works.

Quick shortcuts

If Smart Payment is enabled you also see UPI shortcuts (Scan QR and Pay via UPI App) on this tab. To add transactions without opening the app, use the Quick Add widget or notification.
